Ms. Ana Gvasalia is a lead lawyer at McGill. She is focused on construction law, property law, corporate law, labor law, and other business transactions.
Her 10 years of practice include advising on different business matters, corporate structuring, real estate, and licensing and also guiding other legal issues in different fields. Before joining the firm in 2014, Ana held various legal positions while working at Tbilisi City Court and in the Banking sector. During her work at McGill, she was engaged in significant business transactions, where she managed share-purchase and property purchase transactions among large-scale corporations.
Ms. Gvasalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in law (with honors) from Georgian-American University (2013) and a Master’s degree (with honors) from Ilia State University. She is studying for LLM in Business law at the Free University of Tbilisi.
Ms. Gvasalia is fluent in English and Russian languages, together with her native Georgian.
